Is Sending a Sample a Problem?
Recently I got in touch with a buyer from Jordan. As we launched some new design of stainless steel mosaic tiles, he showed keen interest. Almost every buyer wished to see our sample but unfortunately there one major problem which buyers are not aware of when asking for the sample. Every manufacturer provides sample for free but they do not wish to pay for the freight charges. Freight charges is a cost of transporting sample from the factory to the buyer.
For example, My Jordan buyer wanted to have a sample. Since our company dispatch samples from Foshan, China, the calculated delivery cost was around $120 which obviously it is not a small amount for many of the buyers. Since the cost incurring is high, many buyer do not wish to proceed further. On the other hand, there are some buyers who are willing to pay for the sample depending on their need. In the past I got in touch with an Australian and without any questions, she provided me with her DHL Express account and asked me to send her the samples. Things went quickly and after receiving the sample, she tested it for her satisfaction. It was a quick process and finally ordered our swimming pool mosaic tiles.
DHL Express or FedEx account is definitely a requirement for company who does not pay the delivery charges. Both accounts are easy to open without any charges. Coming to end, our Jordan buyer was not willing to pay the samples delivery charges which caused us not to proceed further. As bring a glass mosaic bathroom tile manufacturer, I will keep educating our buyers about our samples and its delivery charges as I believe that every buyer has a right to know even a minor information about our company and it's policies.

Sample to New Zealand
A couple of day’s back I sent a sample of our glass tiles to one of our buyer from New Zealand. After speaking with him yesterday
he told me that he will be receiving the samples by tomorrow and further he
will evaluate our tiles quality to ensure our tiles meet their market
standards.
Quality standard is the most important part of your product
because if you are doing business especially overseas it should be very clear
that you are meeting all the demands of the market. Since every region like
North American, Australia and Europe, each has its own standards. So for
instance you’re target market in North America then you should have all the
certification which is required for you to step in their market.
Since I sent our samples to Australia region where buyers
are very much concerned about their standards, I have to ensure my buyer that
our tiles are well certified. Sometimes a buyer will ask you to show them the
certificates and definitely you will have to in order to create trust. As being
a glass mosaic bathroom tile manufacturer, I will show all the necessary
details if our buyer wishes to.
Let’s see what feedback comes relating to our tile though I
am sure it is going to be positive. I am hoping to close an order with him.

Mother of Pearl - A Tile with Looks
Since couple of months I have been receiving requirements for a tile called Mother of Pearl. To be honest I really love the texture of this tile. The texture of the tile looks more like a pearl. In the beginning I was more into stone and glass mosaic tiles but I have been reading more about this tile and think to write more about it.
I also trying to figure out the colours in which this tile is available and many glass mosaic bathroom tiles manufacturer are having quite alot of variety in this specific tile. I have asked our research development team to study more about this tiles as I see a potential market specially the North American regions.
I will keep updating my blog with more information on Mother of Pearl mosaic tiles so keep in touch!!

Pebble Mosaic Tile - A Requirement
Today I spoke to person from United States who was looking for Pebble Mosaic tiles. He sent us an image as well to show me the design which he was looking for. As being glass mosaic bathroom tiles manufacturer, we do have pebble mosaic tiles which we manufacture.
After exchanging few emails and providing him our pebble mosaic tile, I am yet to hear back from him whether he is interested the tile or not. Since we have different type of pebble due to which I think he might be trying to identify which one will meet his project requirement.
Our company Foshan Emart designs an oval shape mosaic tiles which is carefully cut into oval shape and joint together to form a tile. The tile looks pretty cool and gives a wonderful look which you can either use it on a wall or floor tiles. We are currently working to bring more pebble designs in to the market and our R&D people are working hard to finish their part asap.
The image on your right is a pebble mosaic tile which I have recommended to your buyer from United States. Well I hope he will like this one and if in case he does not then we have a couple more to show him.

Different Needs Making Different Mosaics
As being a glass mosaic bathroom tile manufacturer, we are driving ourselves more towards different type of mosaic like hexagon stainless steel, hand-painted and other types of mosaic tiles which can either be used in kitchens, bathrooms or any living place. The reason of increasing our product line is the market demands. Everyday I speak with buyers from different regions having different requirements which makes us necessary to enhance our products for different markets. Yesterday I spoke to a buyer from Germany. He wanted mosaic crystal mix stone mosaic tiles to used on outside walls. These types of tiles should be resistant to weather, sun and rain otherwise it would be difficult for a tile to sustain long.
As being a mosaic tiles supplier we spend a lot of time and effort in our research to bring new and exciting design and textures for our beautiful clients. In the coming year 2013, we will launching a new collection of ours which I am sure will win many hearts.

Requirements from Australian Buyer
Sometimes the way you communicate is the way you get
business. The buyer had a condition to deal only with one supplier who can
provide him with the mentioned material as according to him dealing with
different buyers is quite difficult. Let’s see what he decides about our mosaic
as he showed a lot of interest. Hoping to receive a positive response!!

White Porcelain Tiles: Inquiry from Romania
Today I received an inquiry from a buyer who resides in Romania. His requirement consists of large white porcelain floor tiles with size 150mm x 150mm. Since porcelain tiles are highly demanding which makes us to provide not just mosaic but ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tiles.

I emailed the buyer and informed him that yes we do have this type of tiles. Usually the requirements which we received from buyers all over globe is the type of tile they want and it’s prices. The main thing which buyer misses is the quantity which plays a vital role in providing prices to them. The major reason of giving a quantity is most of the companies including us quote discounted price on the basis of Quantity. If the quantity is high obviously the price will be low but if the quantity is low then it is difficult for us to give them a potential discount.
I asked the buyer to provide us with an estimate quantity so I can provide him discounted prices. So far I have not received any response from him but expecting a quantity. Not sure whether he is looking to import it for business/distribution purpose or for any project purpose.

The Richness of Stone and Glass Mosaic Tiles
Every stone has it own charm and looks but when these stones
are brought or joint together with a collaboration of different colours,
finishes and textures, they can create a masterpiece.
Creating a mosaic wall or floor is not easy at its sounds.
It requires a lot of patience, organization and persistence to create a
desirable image. Before putting your hands in installation, you need to plan
out your design on a paper. Once you are satisfied with the design, it is time
to collect all the necessary materials.
Mostly Stone and Glass Mosaic Tiles are considered as a best
combination which gives a glamorous looks to either a room or bathroom. As
being a unique collection, this tile can also be mixed with other materials
like stainless steel and pearl with different colours in a single tile. A tile
with more details and texture is surely a centre of conversation. There are many glass mosaic kitchen tile manufacturers who can provide you with many elegant designs which can best meet you requirements.
Since being a unique collection, the prices of stone and
glass mosaic tiles is a bit higher as compared to other types of tiles. There
are many stores offering discount on such tiles. You will find many great
designs for your selection which you can either use it on walls of floors. Consult
with the tiler before making a final decision so you are on the right way of
selecting your desired tile.

Polished Porcelain Tiles
This tile comes with a very exciting polish shine. It's
immense reflective surface unites it's depth and dimension to any place. Since
it is manufactured in large size, their specification is best suited to the
purpose of larger floor areas like malls, air ports, hospitals etc. Large white porcelain floor tiles comes with a non-objective tone. It enhances the modern
interiors with mosaics which are matt and shiny.
Modern polished porcelains technology is advancing at a very
fast pace. First generation porcelain tiles came with a very simple look with
less texture movements. Second generation porcelain tiles are called
"Double-Loaded" which are offered with many different colours and
textures. Today the most recent arrival is the natural-looking tiles.
Major advantage of this tile is that it is stain and water
resistant which enables them to be used best in high traffic areas. Occasional cleaning
is sufficient with just a dump mob and a mild cleaner. There is a major
drawback in polished porcelain tile is that they are comparatively expensive
than other porcelain tiles because of its durability and specifications through
which these tiles are manufactured.
In all cases, the major step is to use a proper adhesive. If
not, tile may leave its place. Your tile fixer will guide you with all these
concerns and if not then do not be afraid to ask any questions.

| Wall and Floor Glass and Stone Mosaic Tiles |
Stone and Glass mosaic tiles are hand made and individually designed which gives them look attractive. These tiles are meant to be used for the interior purpose as the traffic specification is medium. Few of the common application of Stone and Glass mosaic tiles includes bathroom walls and floors, kitchen counter backsplash, swimming pool interior etc.
Stone and Glass mosaic tiles are considered to be widely accepted mosaic tiles. There are many glass stone mosaic bathroom tile manufacturers who will have a huge variety of these tiles in almost every tile shop. Before buying any tile I will recommend to go for the samples and then make any decision.
